        We are all human beings thus we are prone to undergo stress. Stress is like an outfit, which covers our body. Like clothing, stress helps to enhance our self to an extent. Now you may ask, how? Don’t worry I am going to answer your question. I have clearly used the article ‘an.’ Which means to an extent, stress is helpful but once it crosses the limit, stress is lethal. 

        People are in very terrible state not because of stress. It is because they use stress as an escapism thus they are not able to work towards their goal which makes their terrible. 

        We all well know that this world is not our permanent place to live. Life is once and we ought to live our life not to survive. Do you know the difference between living and surviving?  In the book titled “ROBINSON CRUSOE” the author Daniel Defoe has described the difference between living and surviving.  Now a days most people in the world are merely surviving. Because most of them do not have a proper understanding about both these concepts. In the novel Robinson loves adventure. After his ship gets wrecked, he gets into an unknown island. He spends the rest of his life in that island. 

        Are you clueless about the saying ‘live your life’ Hold on, I will be explaining this saying. People who are financially stable are stable and successful because they lived their life. Before doing something, they had a picture about how their action will enhance their life. And they understood the fact that, you can live only once. This kind of mentality made them try different things out of which they were able to create not a living but an empire. If survival had been their priority, their condition will have been the same throughout their life.  For survival, we just need three elements. The three elements are Food, Clothing, Shelter. 

        What are you going to choose? It is better to try and fail rather than spending whole life on regret.

I have already affirmed, we are human, we are prone to undergo stress. Because of this element called stress we are able to differentiate between living and surviving. If we start to live our life, we will love to live in this world. But instead most of us are using stress as an escapism to escape from the worldly challenges. If Larry page and Sergey Brin had a plan to survive, we will not be having Google. And our lives will have been very complicated. Google has elated knowledge of common people. It has changed our entire thought process. Google has inculcated the idea of questioning and contemplating. In short, Google has done what Socrates failed to do. Both Larry page and Sergey Brin underwent lot of stress. What differentiated them from the rest of the world is, how they overcame stress. They overcame stress because they wanted to live their life. Not only Larry page and Sergey Brin there are so many people like them for example, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Amancio Ortega.

        Now you may think, they had a lot of resources thus they were able to succeed. They modified resources to suit their needs. And the most common mistake we do is, we tend to evaluate our self based on our school and college grades. Let me tell something which may be useful. Understand grade is a parameter created by our ancestor and that parameter has a lot of limitations and errors. Before you come to a conclusion, please ask these questions to yourself. 

Did you try something new?

Did you make an effort towards your goal? 

How much time did you spend in honing your skills?

Did you attend any training class after your formal education to understand practical difficulties? 

Do you know how to make use of time?

What is priority living or survival? 

Are you trying to pleasing every one or working to improve yourself? Remember If you are trying to please everyone, you will never grow.

How much did you learn regarding your area of interest?

How many hours you slept? and how many hours did you spend to enhance your knowledge?

         We become very stressful while we fail, miss our beloved one, financial instability, loneliness, lack of guidance, facility are undeniably the most common cause of stress. While I was young, I suffered badly. I had no one to guide me, I was totally devastated. And it took several years to overcome stress. But I never failed to try, I knew I can recover and perform well. I took a break and overcame stress. Then I created a schedule, kept myself engaged. I also understood that I must never stop learning. Still now I’m learning and getting stronger than ever. No one can learn everything fully. Because learning is like stars in the sky, you can never complete counting it.

Build self confidence

        If we lose our self-confidence, stress will begin to have an edge over you. Laziness is also a prime element which will destroy self-confidence. Be active and spontaneous. If we do something wholeheartedly, we will not regret about doing it. 

Engage Yourself

        In our life, we can overcome all situation except one. Once we lose our loved one. It is very tough to overcome. You may now think, it is very easy to advise or write a blog about how to recover from this scenario. In reality there is no medicine to heal this wound. But do remember, this world is not a permanent place to live forever. So, don’t fail to make the most while they are living with us. After that we must learn to live with their memories. 

        Don’t stop learning. Are you worried? Who is there to teach you? There are lot of training centers to teach you. Go there and equip yourself. Don’t let your age or other factors to stop learning. All you need to have is the heart and willingness to learn.

This creates a fear in their mind. Don’t worry learn to be independent. Age doesn’t matter, make yourself firm in all situation. You can overcome stress to an extent by following these steps. 

Explore yourself

        If we start to learn new, that’s where both exploration and growth begins. Exploring the world will help to understand societal constructs like culture, tradition in a better manner. Exploring is also a great stress buster. It also reduces your anxiety to a great extent. 

Love yourself

        If we love our self, you will not let others control you. People lack this quality. To be honest, not loving our self is the cause of all problems. Loving our self is very essential element of our life. It is like basement of a building. If the basement is strong, the entire building will be strong. Since basement determines the strength of a building. 

Earn your own bread

        By doing this, you can remain unbothered. Since food is the most essential element of our life. Every individual must strive to earn bread though their hard work. Earning bread on your own gives you freedom and authority. This will also reduce your stress. 

Exercise

        Exercise plays a vital role in strengthening our body. People who suffer from serious health issues fail to respect their body. As a result they suffer from diseases like Diabetes and Obesity. Both these diseases are lethal. Proper exercise helps you to stay in shape and healthy. Which will be a key factor in reducing stress.
